Sherlyn Manson
Director of Marketing & Communications

Sherlyn Manson brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, communications and public relations to her role as Director of Marketing & Communications for the Kansas Bioscience Authority. She has held communications leadership roles with large public companies Farmland Industries and American Italian Pasta Company, as well as the fast-growing, entrepreneurial Perceptive Software.

The local chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) named Ms. Manson Kansas City’s Public Relations Professional of the Year in 2001. Her work has earned dozens of awards for communications excellence, including Best of Show awards from PRSA and the National Agri-Marketing Association (NAMA).

A Kansas native, Ms. Manson holds a bachelor of science in Education from the University of Kansas, and a master of science in Management from Baker University.
