Pam Fellin earned her JD degree at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 2003. During law school, she focused on government and public service related endeavors, including work as a volunteer in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Kansas, as an intern assisting the administrative law judiciary in the Office of Hearings and Appeals at the Social Security Administration, as an intern at the Kansas City Tax Clinic, and in training in the area of legislative drafting and administration.
As an assistant county counselor for Jackson County, Missouri, Ms. Fellin was responsible for contract drafting and administration, legislative drafting and administration, procurement advisement, and client advocacy in civil and administrative matters.
Ms. Fellin is a member of the Kansas Bar, Missouri Bar, and Association for Women Lawyers of Greater Kansas City.
