Bylaws of the Kansas Bioscience Authority

The Kansas Economic Growth Act grants to the Kansas Bioscience Authority, an independent instrumentality of the state, the powers necessary to carry out the purposes and provisions set forth in the act. The KBA is authorized to exercise the powers conferred as set forth in the act, KBA bylaws, or any other subsequent statutes applicable to the KBA, provided that no provision of the bylaws conflict with the act and, if a conflict does exist, the act shall control.
